CIRCULAR

Commission in its 494th meeting held on 27/28.7.1999 has approved for inclusion of Marketing schemes under REGP.

Accordingly, to provide marketing facility for Khadi & V.I. Products as well as REGP Products produced in rural areas, it has been decided to permit for opening of Sales Outlets under REGP as service points for Khadi (without rebate) and V.I. products in urban areas also alongwith rural areas subject to fulfilment of Negative List, per capita investment, own contribution, etc. under KVIC-REGP scheme. But, such outlets are not permitted to sell any products other than those produced by K & V.I. Institutions and REGP Units.

Other things pertaining to REGP scheme remain unchanged.
